1. What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) are small files or values stored on your device. The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) require us to tell you about them and get consent for anything that is not strictly necessary.
2. Strictly necessary
- Sign-in session (local storage): keeps you logged in to the dashboard.
- Security and preferences: protects forms and remembers settings such as the selected account.
- Payment pages: Stripe sets cookies on its checkout pages to process payments and prevent fraud.
3. Analytics
We use our own first-party analytics, with a random visitor and session identifier in local storage, to count page views, campaign sources and engagement. This data is not shared with advertising networks. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
4. On our customers' websites
Our address widget and WordPress plugin may store a short-lived search-session identifier so a single address search is billed once. It does not track users across sites. Customers are responsible for their own cookie notices.
5. Controlling cookies
